Reaching the World by Reaching ONE

ONE FOCUS encourages believers to make a commitment to ask God to help them reach ONE person for Christ this year.
This Year
Our focus for the coming 12 months is, simply, ONE – ONE person committed to loving ONE unsaved or unchurched individual. We are asking each and every church member to make this commitment this coming church year. Through ONE FOCUS, we reach the world by reaching ONE.
God-Sized Goal
In one sense, this is a small request – that every church member seek out ONE unchurched person and show them the love of Christ. Surely each of us can commit to being a continually faithful, Christ-like friend to another person who needs to meet Jesus. However, this becomes a God-sized goal when we all commit to reaching just ONE. Consider this –
-Less than 12% of church attendees share Christ once a year
-It takes 53 church members to reach one lost individual
Imagine what God will do when each of us shares the love of Christ with ONE person this year. No longer will just 12% of our church family be sharing Christ. No longer will it take 53 of us to reach just ONE. Just imagine the victories God will win this year!
What is ONE FOCUS?

What Can You Do?
1. Commit yourself to God’s plan to “reach the world by reaching ONE.”
2. Pray – Pray for yourself, the ONE you’re committing to and the Church.
3. Love – Be intentional and faithful in showing the love of Jesus to your ONE. Become a genuine friend.
4. Equip – Equip yourself! Attend worship, your small group Bible study and other opportunities to prepare yourself for ONE FOCUS.
5. Invite – As your relationship grows between you, God and your ONE, invite them to attend church functions.
6. Share Christ – If you’ll get them there, we’ll share Christ. We believe that the life of Christ coming through you will open the heart of a lost ONE to be receptive to the Gospel.
7. Disciple Others – Continue your commitment. Continue your prayers. Continue your loving.
